FIRST-TIME GUEST CHECK-IN
On your first visit, we invite you to stop by our Live Oak Kids Guest Check-In Station—a special welcome point just for new families! One of our team members will:
✨ Collect your family’s information
✨ Check your child in for the service
✨ Print your child’s name tag and your matching pickup tag
✨ Walk your child to their class and help them get settled
This allows us to give your family a smooth, personal, and worry-free check-in experience while your child jumps right into the fun and learning!

What should your child bring for their nursery visit?
Anything that they would normally need for their hour (longer if you’re in Sunday School) stay- diapers, wipes, change of clothes, bottle (if applicable). If they need a nap during their visit, or if they have any dietary restrictions or allergies, or other needs that we need to attend to, please be sure to let us know.
How will we contact you if something comes up?
While in church service, please keep your phone on vibrate but where you an see if you receive a notification. If a situation has come up but is non emergent, we will send you a text message. If there is an emergency, a staff member will call you.

Our Curriculum
What will your child be doing during their time with us?
One and under
They will be getting age appropriate play time! We aim to build meaningful relationships and try to introduce the songs and characters they will be learning with throughout their time in our nursery and preschool so that when they move up to the 2 year old class, they will already be familiar with them.
Two year olds
We introduce a simplified version of our preschool curriculum, Hyfi. This innovative new curriculum, developed by Lifeway, uses the latest in teaching research and engaging games to allow kids to build trust and feel emotionally safe so that they are open to receiving the message of Jesus.
Three, four and five year olds
Experience the full version of Hyfi. Each week your kids will connect with God as we focus on 12 simple truths about who God is and how that helps us know who we are. Preschoolers will connect with the gospel through Bible story videos, fun games and activities, and side-by-side learning where they will feel invited to talk, share, and discover together.
